Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of related work experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with narrative and data interpretation.
• Ability to prepare financial analyses and cost-benefit studies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations and report findings.
• Monitor enrollment, utilization, and costs of contracted providers and government health plans.
• Assist in negotiations to ensure contracts align with government budget.
• Monitor payments and settlements per contract terms.
• Support audits and reporting initiatives and perform analyses.
• Own MicroStrategy reports and run periodic reports.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and F/A on government plans reporting.
