Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with at least one year of related experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with clear output and narratives.
• Experience preparing financial analyses and cost–benefit studies.
• Ability to record financial transactions and prepare financial statements.
• Strong presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with database manipulation or data entry.

Responsabilités

• Record and report financial transactions for the Association and government lines of business.
• Prepare monthly accruals and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Analyze contracts/programs and support audits.
• Create and run ad-hoc system reports; assist in data analyses.
• Maintain schedules/ledgers and support other analysts.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate reporting.
