Randstad Digital in Apex, North Carolina seeks an O365 Support Specialist to join its Infrastructure team in a 100% cloud-native environment. The role focuses on high-level escalations and owning the O365 ecosystem for 6,000 global users.

You will work closely with an overseas peer in India to ensure seamless coverage, contribute to system maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in cloud operations. This permanent, on-site position offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of real-world experience administering and supporting O365, with a strong focus on Exchange and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint support or administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with an Azure cloud-native environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Escalation Support: Provide Level 3 technical support focusing on O365, Exchange, and OneDrive.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with an overseas peer to ensure seamless global coverage and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Escalation Support: Provide high-touch, Level 3 technical support focusing specifically on O365, Exchange, and OneDrive, resolving complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
• Global Collaboration: Partner closely with an overseas peer based in India to ensure seamless, global coverage and knowledge sharing.
• System Maintenance: Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the O365 ecosystem to ensure high availability and security for 6,000 users.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify potential system bottlenecks, document troubleshooting steps, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the cloud infrastructure.
