Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an O365 Support Specialist to join its Infrastructure team in Apex, NC. The role focuses on a mature, 100% cloud-native environment, delivering advanced Level 3 support for O365, Exchange, and OneDrive.

You will work with a global team, supporting 6,000 users, ensuring high availability and security, and driving continuous improvement through documentation of troubleshooting steps and proactive bottleneck analysis.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience administering and supporting O365, Exchange, and OneDrive.
• Experience with SharePoint support or administration (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud-native environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, Level 3 technical support for O365, Exchange, and OneDrive.
• Collaborate with overseas team in India to ensure global coverage.
• Monitor and optimize the O365 ecosystem for availability and security for 6,000 users.
• Identify bottlenecks and document troubleshooting steps to improve cloud infrastructure efficiency.

salary: $55,000 - 60,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Advanced Escalation Support: Provide high-touch, Level 3 technical support focusing specifically on O365, Exchange, and OneDrive, resolving complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
• Global Collaboration: Partner closely with an overseas peer based in India to ensure seamless, global coverage and knowledge sharing.
• System Maintenance: Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the O365 ecosystem to ensure high availability and security for 6,000 users.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify potential system bottlenecks, document troubleshooting steps, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent, real-world experience administering and supporting O365, with a strong focus on Exchange and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint support or administration. - Preferred
• Familiarity working within an Azure cloud-native environment. - Preferred
