Job summary

Galderma seeks a senior O2C leader to own outsourced O2C operations, drive performance against SLAs, and manage governance with 3PL partners in the Therapeutic Dermatology space.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven improvement, and regulatory compliance across onboarding, order fulfillment, invoicing, and master data governance. Location is Florida, with an emphasis on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or O2C operations.
• Experience overseeing outsourced service providers, BPO partners, and/or 3PL operations with SLA/KPI oversight.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes including onboarding, order management, invoicing, and data governance.
• Experience with ERP and EDI transactions; analytical reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall O2C operations for the Therapeutic Dermatology business and outsourced providers.
• Monitor service levels, SOPs, compliance, and customer experience metrics.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of issues, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Drive governance, performance reviews, and proactive risk management with partners.
• Support process standardization and system enhancements impacting O2C operations.
