Recurrent Energy Power Services (USA) LLC is seeking an O&M Field Technician to join the Operations & Maintenance team in Tonopah, AZ. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at solar energy facilities, requiring strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to support uptime and production targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of hands-on field maintenance experience in electrical or mechanical

Qualifications

2–5+ years of hands-on field experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance.
Experience in renewable energy, including solar, wind, or similar environments, preferred.
Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical machinery and equipment.
NABCEP certification is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot daily system issues to maintain plant uptime and meet operational performance goals.
Monitor and support production targets, identifying performance issues and applying corrective actions.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance, including inspections, start-up tests, and servicing of equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment including inverters, switchgear, transformers, breakers, and communications systems.
Oversee subcontractors and collaborate with maintenance teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
