Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily system issues to maintain plant uptime and meet performance goals.
• Monitor hourly production targets and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance, including inspections and start-up tests.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment such as inverters, switchgear, transformers, breakers, and comms systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate work orders in CMMS and prepare procurement documentation.
• Provide training to technicians as needed.
