Are you an administrative professional ready to elevate your career into a leadership role? O&G Industries, Inc. is looking for a motivated Claims Manager to join our team. As the Claims Manager, you’ll take on responsibilities that go beyond traditional administrative tasks, becoming a key player in claims management, communication, and operations across all divisions. In this role, you will:

  1. Coordinate and manage claims from intake to closure, collaborating with insurance brokers, adjusters, defense counsel, and internal teams.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights on claim prevention and mitigation strategies.
  3. Support employees’ return-to-work processes, including light duty program coordination and workers’ compensation care.
  4. Handle administrative responsibilities such as document preparation, invoicing, and communication with key stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in administrative work who is ready to take ownership of processes and grow their impact. Qualifications include:

  1. 5+ years of professional experience, with knowledge or exposure to insurance (workers compensation, general liability, etc.) being a plus.
  2. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a passion for problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to deadlines.
  5. A desire to step into a role with broader responsibilities, including project management and data-driven decision-making.
