Job Summary

The O & H Express Attendant takes food orders, prepares food, handles cash and card transactions in the POS (point of sale) system, maintains clean dining and kitchen areas while delivering family style service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and process orders accurately using a point of sale (POS) system.

Food Preparation: Assemble menu item like burgers, fries, wings, or quick service meals following strict portion and quality guidelines.

Cash handling: Operate the cash register, collect payments, provide exact change, and balance cash drawer at the start and end of shift.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Sanitize food prep stations, wipe down counters, clean grill, empty trash, clear or bus dining room tables, sweep, and mop restaurant.

Stocking and Inventory: Restock food items, paper goods, and beverages throughout the shift.

What You Will Need

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

1 year of customer service, food service, or cash handling experience preferred.

Basic math skills, ability to accurately count change and balance a bank.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, is required.
