The casino bartender mixes and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers while maintaining a clean bar and handling cash transactions in a fast paced environment.
Drink Preparation - mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately following standard recipes and portion controls. Prepare drink orders for direct guests, bar-top gaming guests, and floor beverage servers.
Guest Service: Greet customers promptly, take accurate orders, offer recommendations, and provide a friendly, entertaining atmosphere.
Cash & POS Operations: Operate computerized point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash, credit, or comp transactions, and balance cash drawers at the end of shift.
Compliance and safety: Check valid photo identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest alcohol consumption.
Restock ice, glassware, liquor, garnishes, and paper goods. Keep the bar, counters, and equipment clean and sanitized.
High school diploma required.
Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness certification.
1 year high-volume bartending or front of house hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, bend, reach and lift heavy stock up to 50 lbs.
