Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Reno seeks a Food Server to provide prompt, courteous service to hotel patrons and ensure a pleasurable dining experience.

You will greet guests, describe specials, take beverage orders, ensure accuracy of orders, and maintain a clean, well-set dining area while reflecting our values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
• Clear empty plates and glasses from tables and place in bus carts.
• Prepare sections and side stations, making sure tables are clean and set properly.
• Prepare silverware neatly and quickly at table and clean area when finished.
• Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.

Job Summary

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant public

Requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.

Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke

GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
