Cavalry Freelancing is seeking a versatile Wardrobe/Prop Stylist to support a global brand shoot in New York City. The role requires coordinating wardrobe and props, managing fittings, and collaborating closely with the creative, production, and photography teams.

Ideal candidates will have a strong visual eye, excellent organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial production environment, with on-site work in NYC during the shoot window.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/editorial or commercial production.
• Based in NYC and able to travel to location.
• Willing to work on a fast-paced shoot schedule.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the creative direction and develop wardrobe / prop looks
• Source, pull and coordinate wardrobe and props
• Work closely with the creative, production and photography teams
• Manage fittings, styling and on-set changes
• Ensure all wardrobe and props are shoot-ready and on brief
• Coordinate returns, credits and post-shoot wrap
• Maintain clear tracking of sourced items and associated costs
