Job summary

Kith, a lifestyle brand and specialty retailer based in New York, seeks a Temp Stylist to support the Styling team during photoshoots at our Williamsburg studio. You will prep garments, assist on set, and help maintain wardrobe quality to align with the brand's creative standards.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in fashion styling or wardrobe management, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shoot environment. The position is temp/onsite with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fashion styling, wardrobe management, or photoshoot production preferred.
• Strong understanding of fashion and an eye for detail in garment presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to take direction while working with a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and preparing wardrobe items for photoshoots, including steaming, ironing, pinning, and tailoring garments.
• Ensure all clothing, accessories, and footwear are clean, properly tagged, and ready for use.
• Help with outfit coordination, following the creative direction.
• Provide hands-on assistance during photoshoots, including dressing models and maintaining the look of outfits.
• Manage wardrobe changes efficiently to keep the shoot on schedule.
• Monitor garments and accessories on set to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
• Maintain an organized inventory of clothing, accessories, and props, ensuring items are accounted for.
• Coordinate with the styling team to handle wardrobe returns, repairs, or replacements.
• Assist with packing and transporting wardrobe items to and from studio or shoot locations.
• Work closely with the styling team, photographers, models, and production teams for seamless execution.
• Communicate wardrobe or logistical issues promptly to the Stylist or production lead.
• Support the creative team with additional tasks to facilitate shoot operations.
