Job summary

A fashion retail company in New York is looking for a Stylist and Shoot Co-Ordinator to manage and execute styling for shoots across womenswear and menswear. Responsibilities include creating styling proposals, preparing looks in advance, sourcing models, and ensuring smooth shoot execution. The ideal candidate should have experience with luxury brands, possess strong attention to detail, and be adaptable to changing priorities. This is a full-time entry-level position with a salary range of $50,000-$55,000.

Qualifications

• Experience with luxury and high-street brands is essential.
• High taste level whilst commercially-minded.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver styling proposals across various categories.
• Prepare all looks and accessories 24 hours in advance of each shoot.
• Source new models for campaigns aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Propose suitable shoot locations in line with campaign concepts.
• Submit weekly performance reports and maintain shoot calendars.
