Job summary

Hello There Collective in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Stylist to translate brand identity into compelling, scroll-stopping visuals for photo and video shoots. You will lead wardrobe styling, prop sourcing, and ensure visual cohesion across campaigns.

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Account teams to align on direction and shot lists. Stay ahead of fashion and social trends; manage on-set styling, inventory, and post-shoot organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of styling experience in fashion, lifestyle, or commercial production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing editorial, campaign, and social content styling.
• Deep understanding of social-first content and performance on TikTok and Instagram.
• Experience sourcing wardrobe and props within budget constraints.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Based in Los Angeles and available for in-person shoots.

Responsibilities

• Lead wardrobe styling and prop direction across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and CPG shoots.
• Source, organize, and manage wardrobe, props, and styling elements for productions.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Account teams to align on creative direction and shotlists.
• Build and present styling decks (wardrobe, props, set inspiration) ahead of shoots.
• Ensure styling aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audience.
• Oversee styling on set, ensuring looks are executed flawlessly and efficiently.
• Manage post-shoot organization, including returns, inventory tracking, and budget reconciliation.
• Stay ahead of fashion, social, and cultural trends to evolve our output.
