Job summary

Beyond Yoga NYC pop-up is seeking a temporary full‑time supervisor to drive store operations, service, and performance August through January. You will be on duty for opening and closing, manage cash and inventory, and coach the team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet KPIs, support onboarding, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture. A flexible schedule and reliable transport are expected.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven supervision, coaching, and training skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and sell-through; manage opening/closing as manager on duty.
• Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations: shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes; coach staff on selling culture and service.
• Supervise store team in absence of other management; onboard and train new hires.
• Collaborate with Home Office and local community events to boost brand awareness.
