Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with CS-related credits and 2 years software experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years software experience, incl. one year leading a project.
• Experience designing, programming, debugging and maintaining software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web apps, APIs, and enterprise solutions using .NET and Azure.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs and blueprints.
• Architect integrations across enterprise systems and RESTful APIs.
• Provide support, maintenance, monitoring, and reliability for citywide apps.
• Diagnose defects and optimize performance across the stack.
• Develop automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure security accreditation and data protection compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
