Wripple Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Graphic Designer & Art Director to develop integrated campaigns and elevate brand narratives.

You will mentor a team, translate business goals into compelling visuals, and lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, marketing, and leadership groups. Ideally you bring 8+ years in advertising design (or 5+ as Sr. Designer) with a strong portfolio, photo art direction, and management experience.

Competenze

• 8+ years in advertising design or 5+ years as Sr. Designer, with leadership experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in design and advertising communications.
• Photo art direction experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience for the Art Director role.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; understands competition across channels.
• Proven track record in developing talent and collaboration.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback aligned to objectives.

• Participate in pitches and gain leadership alignment.
