Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of professional design experience in a studio or agency environment.
• Motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand systems, art direction, and high-craft execution.
• Experience designing across digital and physical applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion or type design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Cultural fluency with a strong pulse on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends.
• Passion for design, storytelling, and building brands that create cultural impact.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize and execute creative work across brand, product, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
• Establish visual tonality through image curation, typography, layout, motion-aware thinking, and storytelling.
• Build dynamic, scalable brand systems that translate across physical and digital environments.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion with support from Project Management.
• Document design systems in clear, comprehensive guidelines and prepare production-ready files.
• Ensure high-craft execution across all deliverables.
• Produce design work with strong conceptual foundations and refined execution.
• Shape presentations that communicate creative strategy and design decisions with clarity.
• Integrate motion thinking through storyboarding or animation direction when relevant.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Industrial Design, Creative Technology, and Client teams to translate insights into creative solutions.
• Contribute to cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
• Present work to clients and internal teams with confidence and clarity.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers.
• Bring a culturally aware perspective to the studio and help foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and thoughtful risk-taking
