Job summary

Inspire Health Group in New York City is seeking a motivated Home Care Field Marketer to build and maintain referral sources across NYC. You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, social workers, LHCSAs, discharge planners, and community organizations to grow client referrals for home care services.

The role combines in-person outreach with follow-up, tracking referrals, and ensuring compliant marketing practices under HIPAA and NYS DOH.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or medical sales (NYC experience strongly preferred).
• Existing relationships with MLTC plans, hospitals, or nursing facilities is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Medicaid home care services and referral processes in NYC.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, and social workers.
• Promote home care services to discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
• Educate referral partners on services offered through Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs).
• Generate and track new patient referrals and admissions.
• Conduct in-person visits across NYC boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island).
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and senior centers.
• Collaborate with intake and coordination teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines.
• Ensure all marketing practices comply with HIPAA and New York State Department of Health regulations.
