Job summary

DecisionHR seeks an EH&S Representative to visit NYC-area clients, assess risk, and recommend safety improvements. The role requires daily travel using public transit and walking, with strong data entry and reporting skills, including Excel and AI-assisted tools for professional client reports.

The ideal candidate will develop client safety programs, monitor progress, and maintain audit-ready documentation across multiple systems, including Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-4 years in safety prevention, EH&S, or risk mgmt.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word.
• Able to navigate NYC metro daily by transit/walking.
• Willing to travel to NYC metro area; reside within reasonable commuting distance.
• Comfort with AI software (e.g., Claude AI) for reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site risk assessments at client locations in NYC area.
• Develop client safety programs to reduce injuries.
• Provide risk mgmt recommendations and track progress.
• Create client reports using Excel/Word; document findings.
• Enter data into Salesforce and other risk systems accurately.
• Perform underwriting/site visits as needed.
• Investigate accidents and support return-to-work processes.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal departments.
