Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related disciplines preferred.
• Three years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inherit a customer service base and establish relationships with managers across businesses.
• Conduct new hire orientation training to become operational as a KPA Risk Management Consultant.
• Demonstrate industry and regulatory knowledge via onsite audits, training, and regulatory interaction.
• Organize quarterly visit schedules to optimize travel efficiency across client groups.
• Assist with compliance documentation (Hazard Communication, OSHA 300 logs, SPCC Plans).
• Develop and monitor accident prevention programs to pursue zero injuries.
