The ideal candidate has 2+ years of EH&S experience, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health or related field, strong communication, and the ability to develop practical safety solutions. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EH&S experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
• Problem-solving abilities with calm, effective handling of stressful situations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessment of occupational and environmental hazards using calibrated equipment.
• Evaluate effectiveness of engineering controls like fume hoods and ventilation.
• Participate in inspections of machinery and equipment, including lifting devices and guards.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify hazards and PPE compliance.
• Identify hazards (toxic vapors, mold, explosive gas-air mixtures) and assist with corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
