Factory is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer to guide customer engineering teams from evaluation through pilot, onboarding, conversion and continued adoption. You will train developers, recommend best practices, and resolve technical challenges within customers’ environments.

Based in NYC, this in-office role emphasizes customer success, strong communication, and proactive problem solving at the intersection of customers, engineering, product, and GTM.

• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and workflows.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot code across languages and stacks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Mansioni

• Own the technical customer journey from evaluation through adoption and ongoing use.
• Lead onboarding and enablement sessions for developers integrating Factory.
• Diagnose issues across customer environments and coordinate with engineering when needed.
• Identify friction, drive scalable processes, and suggest product improvements.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, sales and customer success teams.
