Job summary

Factory is hiring a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer in San Francisco to partner with customer engineering teams from evaluation through adoption. You will guide technical onboarding, run training sessions, and help customers realize value from Factory by aligning features with their workflows.

With a strong software engineering foundation, you will diagnose complex issues, communicate clearly across engineering, product, sales, and customer success, and drive scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering plus 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong software development fundamentals across languages and stacks.
• Ability to read, troubleshoot, and debug code in customer environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build trusted relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to turn usage data into insights.
• High learning velocity with ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer journey from evaluation to adoption and ongoing success.
• Lead onboarding and enablement sessions for developers integrating Factory.
• Diagnose issues across environments, repos, and workflows; escalate when needed.
• Identify friction and drive scalable improvements to products and processes.
