HDR is seeking a Quality and Records Manager to lead the local QMS and partner with area leadership to advance quality culture across projects. The role acts as the local Quality Office representative and drives continuous improvement.
You will guide project managers on plans (PMP, QMP, RMP), coordinate with area quality managers, report on QMS progress and audit results, and develop onboarding programs to ensure staff awareness of HDR QMS across locations including New York.

In the role of Quality and Records Manager, we'll count on you to:
Serve as the local leadership representative for quality and support the implementation of the QMS. They work to continually advance the culture of quality by working in close partnership with area leadership and serve as the local representative of the quality office.
