HDR is seeking a Quality and Records Manager to lead QMS initiatives at HDR locations, guiding staff and aligning local processes with HDR's QMS and ILG standards. You will coordinate with area leadership to support projects and drive continuous improvement.
The role requires a professional degree and 6+ years in quality with strong communication, audit, and training capabilities. This onsite position contributes to HDR's risk management and compliance culture.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
