Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a transformation analyst to work across NY and Paris, aligning the target operating model within a global initiative for securitization and capital markets. You will document current and target processes and support local implementation.

You will drive change in collaboration with production, IT and front office teams, coordinating with global management and delivering clear business requirements and testing of releases.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of bank products (CPs and Loans) and securitization business.
• Good knowledge of capital markets products.
• 6-10 years of experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Review current setup and create/update documentation to support business requirements.
• Lead local operational workshops and participate in global workshops/meetings.
• Support local operations in change management and coordinate with IT/front office teams.
