Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review current setup and update documentation to meet business requirements.
• Lead local operational workshops and participate in global workshops.
• Coordinate with production, IT, and Front Office teams and obtain approvals.
• Support transformation projects and related initiatives with process descriptions.
• Write and prioritize business requirements for MO needs.
• Assist in testing new releases on business line systems.
• Develop and deploy metrics to improve product line reporting and efficiency.
