• Strong analysis skills and ability to lead a team across regions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with securitization clients and bank network.
• Oversee transaction actions including surveillance, amendments, renewals, and restructurings.
• Negotiate documents and coordinate with credit, legal, IT and other teams.
