Qualifications

• J.D. and at least four years of practice experience, preferably at a peer law firm.
• Proficient in Litigation practice terminology and concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, Excel, and related apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the NYLPG through meetings, agendas, and presentation materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements with relevant departments.
• Support firmwide, GPG, NYLPG initiatives and special projects.
• Serve as liaison to departments by providing data and metrics to guide initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments for lateral and first-year associate hires and assist onboarding.
• Develop rubrics for skill development and oversee associate progress.
• Facilitate staffing needs and optimize workloads across offices and resources.
• Oversee performance appraisals and compensation processes with leadership.
• Assist in presentation memoranda for internal partnership candidates.
• Plan practice group training programs and mentor programs for NYLPG.
