Qualifications

• J.D. degree and at least four years practice experience.
• Proficient in Litigation terminology and concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience negotiating and managing conflict.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the NYLPG through meetings and communications.
• Identify, design and implement process improvements.
• Support firmwide and NYLPG initiatives and cross-practice projects.
• Serve as liaison to departments with data and metrics for initiatives.
• Assist onboarding and integration of new hires in the group.
• Develop rubrics for skill development and track progress.
• Coordinate staffing, balance workloads, and optimize resources across offices.
• Assist with performance appraisals and compensation discussions.
• Support planning of training programs and mentoring initiatives.
