Qualifications

• 3-5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO transactions.
• Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities.
• Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.
• Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.
• Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-focused attorney to work on sophisticated transactions in a dynamic and growing office.

• 3-5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.

• Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
