Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in New York.

3–5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
