Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a litigation associate to join its Managed Care + ERISA Litigation Practice Group in the New York City or Stamford offices. The ideal candidate will have four to five years of complex federal litigation experience; admission to New York state and federal courts; strong writing and analytical skills; and large-firm or equivalent experience.

ERISA/insurance dispute exposure is valued but not required. Judicial clerkship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make court appearances; manage discovery; participate in depositions, arbitrations and trials.
• Draft briefs on critical motions and other pleadings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients across the Managed Care + ERISA Litigation Practice Group.
