Job summary

Fever in New York is seeking a Senior Influencer Relations Manager to own Fever’s relationships in NYC and beyond. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with top actors, creators, and agencies to expand Fever’s experiential platform.

You will collaborate across Growth, Marketing, Social, Fever Originals, and PR to turn partnerships into memorable experiences and credible brand moments that resonate in culture. Strong network and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in influencer marketing, PR, talent relations, artist/talent management, or entertainment industry relationship-building.
• Strong social skills and the ability to connect with people and understand their needs.
• Deep knowledge of the US influencer, celebrities and creator landscape and trends.
• Understanding of conversion metrics and comfort in fast-paced, performance-focused environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; based in NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas influencer strategy, driving creator-led campaign performance.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with talent managers, agents, and PR reps of top US creators.
• Serve as Fever's point of contact for high-profile talent relationships and tailor experiences.
• Spot culturally relevant moments where Fever experiences fit as the top plan.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of high-touch experiences for talent and guests.
• Translate industry relationships into brand-building moments with Growth, Marketing, Creative, and PR.
• Represent Fever at industry events and gatherings with talent managers and creators.
• Share intel on the US entertainment landscape with the wider team.
