Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Meet the Team

Join us if you want to drive global impact, master data‑driven creativity, and help millions of people discover their next unforgettable experience.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, well‑connected, and strategically minded Social Media Specialist based in New York City to own and elevate Fever’s social media presence across the US and English‑speaking markets.

This role goes beyond day‑to‑day content management. You’ll be Fever’s person on the ground in New York, leading onsite activations, executing campaign stunts, producing social‑first content at our events, and building the kind of cultural relevance that turns a brand into a conversation.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategy, Creative Strategy, Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams and cross‑functional partners to bring Fever’s biggest moments to life on social. The right person already lives and breathes the New York social and cultural scene, can shoot and edit content autonomously, and knows how to turn an activation into a viral moment.

What You’ll Do
  • Leading social media strategy for Fever’s US and English‑speaking markets, driving brand awareness and audience growth at scale.
  • Planning, producing, and being onsite for social‑first activations, stunts, and campaign moments at Fever events across New York and other US cities.
  • Building and leveraging a network of media contacts, cultural figures, creators, and industry professionals in New York to elevate Fever’s brand presence.
  • Filming, editing, and publishing high‑quality short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) autonomously and on tight timelines.
  • Developing and pitching creative content concepts and viral campaign ideas rooted in cultural trends and local relevance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Creative Strategy, Growth, Influencer Marketing, Events) to conceptualize and execute high‑impact social activations from the ground up.
  • Coordinating with the Madrid‑based Creative Strategy and Social Media teams to ensure alignment across global and local efforts.
  • Writing engaging, on‑brand copy that represents Fever’s voice across all social platforms.
  • Monitoring social performance, audience sentiment, competitor activity, and cultural trends to inform strategy.
  • Producing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Acting as one of Fever’s key representatives in New York, serving as the primary point of contact (POC) between Fever and local partners or clients for Social Media matters.
  • Proactively proposing onsite activations for both Fever brand moments and featured local experiences, leveraging deep expertise in the NYC social media landscape.
Who You Are
  • Based in New York City.
  • English native, fluent Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Brings 6+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role, ideally within entertainment, lifestyle, events, or culture.
  • PR‑oriented profile: a passion for interacting with people, deep knowledge of New York City, and a strong sensitivity to capturing the pulse and trends of the city
  • Skilled in Canva and CapCut, with proven ability to produce polished short‑form video content end‑to‑end (filming, editing, publishing).
  • Highly autonomous: you don’t wait for a brief to create great content. You see an opportunity and you run with it.
  • Plugged into the New York social and cultural scene, with a sense for what’s trending and what will resonate.
  • Strong strategic thinker who connects brand goals with cultural moments and audience behavior.
  • Familiarity with the influencer and creator landscape, particularly in the US market.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams across time zones.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on social media KPIs.
  • Holds a degree, or has equivalent hands‑on experience, in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary (between 87,000 and 93,000), including stock options to reward your contributions and growth.
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.
  • Tax advantage programs: employee‑funded accounts like HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Benefits let you pay for eligible expenses tax‑free.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employee‑funded, giving you the flexibility to contribute what you choose and enjoy tax advantages while saving for your future.
  • Private health, dental and vision insurance with Cigna.
  • Flexible Parental Leave: We’ve got you covered! After just 3 months, all parents get 8 weeks at 100% pay, plus your choice of an extra 4 weeks at full pay or 8 weeks at 50% pay to bond with your newest family member.
  • Wellhub membership for gym and wellness access: 100% covered by Fever up to the Bronze plan.
