Job summary

Anduril Industries in Mountain View, California is seeking an NX Developer on the Engineering Systems and Tools team to build automation, tooling, and integrations for the Siemens NX CAD environment. You will write code using NXOpen API (C/C++, Python, or .NET) and own internal developer tools lifecycle to help engineers focus on design work.

You\'ll design and maintain NX Open API customizations, create dashboards and dialogs, and collaborate with PLM engineers for NX–Teamcenter integration,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CAD development role in fast‑paced environments.
• Degree in CS, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficiency with NX Open API using C/C++, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Hands‑on NX CAD administration: templates, standards, libraries.
• Experience journaling scripts and automation toolkits.
• Understanding of CAD data management and BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NX Open API customizations to automate tasks.
• Build NX CAD admin tools: templates, part families, libraries, rules.
• Create custom NX dialogs and toolbars to streamline workflows.
• Develop journal scripts and NX Open apps to accelerate modeling/drafting.
• Collaborate on NX–Teamcenter integration including classification and workflows.
• Troubleshoot NX issues, deployment, and end-user support.
