Job summary

Micron Technology in Colorado is seeking a skilled Manager to lead the NVMQRA Non-Volatile Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance team with a focus on datacenter SSDs. You will hire, mentor, and guide engineers, oversee test plans, risk assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality throughout development.

The role emphasizes implementing QA strategies, driving continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and staying abreast of industry standards such as JEDEC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in semiconductor or memory industry (2+ years).
• Experience in software development for testing system-level products using OO languages such as C++ and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Product quality and engineering teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring engineers.
• Oversee testing and evaluation of NVMQRA products to ensure compliance with standards and specs.
• Develop and implement quality/reliability strategies and test plans for NVMQRA products.
