We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our NVMQRA Non‑Volatile Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and applying strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of our NVM non‑volatile memory products. The focus is on datacenter SSDs. The Manager will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
This role will lead and manage the Product quality and engineering, development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members with technical leads and senior engineers. The position is responsible for the testing and evaluation of NVMQRA products to verify alignment with industry standards and internal specifications. The Manager will engage alongside diverse departments to define requirements, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

US base salary range: $129,000.00 – $226,000.00 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
