Job summary

Shiloh House is seeking a Food Service Specialist to join the team at the Family Resource Pavilion in Centennial, Colorado. The role focuses on preparing nutritious meals, following menus, and supporting events within a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in food service or related settings.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain one with a clean MVR.
• Background screening and health evaluation required prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals for Shiloh Home, Inc. programs and residential campuses.
• Follow approved menus, recipes, production schedules, and food service procedures.
• Prepare, package, and distribute meals for multiple residential campuses.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, setup, and service for special events and programs as needed.
• Receive and organize food donations, supplies, and deliveries from vendors.
• Maintain accurate and organized food and supply inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary food preparation and work areas.
• Follow applicable Colorado Department of Education (CDE), USDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Complete required production records and documentation.
• Support administrative and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient, positive, and professional kitchen environment.
• Perform other food service duties as assigned.
