AdventHealth in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our patient dining and catering team. You will help prepare meals, manage pantries, and ensure safe, accurate service to patients and staff.

Ranked for teamwork and patient-centered care, this role requires strong English communication, a High School diploma, and 1+ years in food service. The position is full-time with a day-weekend rotation and a focus on sanitary standards.

Qualifikationen

• Dish machine and other minor kitchen equipment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.
• Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.
• Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
