Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a full-time kitchen services team member in Georgia to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation in accordance with dietary guidelines. You will coordinate with kitchen and clinical staff to ensure quality and timely service, while maintaining safety standards and accurate cash handling at POS.

The role requires Serve Safe/food handler certifications or equivalents within six months of hire, along with a high school diploma or GED and customer service experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect meal orders, prepares, assembles, and serves food according to dietary guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinates with cooks, supervisors, and clinical staff on food quality and equipment.
• Rotates and replenishes floor stock, food supplies, and kitchen inventory to maintain par levels and reduce waste.
• Cleans dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas; ensures sanitation compliance and reports maintenance or safety issues.
• Operates basic kitchen tools, cleans, and maintains equipment according to safety protocols.
• Follows food safety and hygiene guidelines, monitors and records temperatures to meet regulatory standards.
• Operates point-of-sale systems, handles cash transactions accurately.
