Job Description Summary

Works under the direct supervision of the Area Manager and Supervisors. Assists in the day-to-day leadership and operation, including training and evaluating employees. Supports daily operations to maximize revenue and control costs. Acts as a front-line worker during peak hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Supervision (60%): Supervises daily activities of cost centers in the absence of managers, performs line duties during peak hours, and promotes team efforts through leadership and communication.
2. Monitoring and Evaluation (15%): Assists in evaluating service quality, costs, and revenue, suggesting modifications as needed.
3. Employee Support (15%): Assists in training, scheduling, policy enforcement, and performance reviews.
4. Routine Tasks (10%): Performs duties such as cash register closing, tray line checks, and food quality assessments.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a high-quality, high-volume food service operation

Specialized Knowledge

• Good human relations and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of food preparation, service, and safety techniques

Desired Attributes

• Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in similar settings
