Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Supervisor, Nutrition Services to support food service activities in Skilled Nursing. You will work with a Registered Dietitian to ensure resident nutrition, help with menu development, and run daily dining operations. Reports to the Director, Dining Services or Manager, Nutrition Services.

This is a full-time exempt role with a salary range of $58,000 to $65,000 per year. Benefits and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a foodservice management or nutrition program.
• Active CDM, CFPP certification status.
• Food Manager Certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Registered Dietitian to monitor diet changes and nutrition needs.
• Oversee menu development and dining services operations.
• Manage scheduling and supervise team performance.
• Ensure HACCP forms and logs are completed timely.
