Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years of relevant experience as a Nutrition Services Leader in culinary/food production.
• CRT-ServSafe Handler - NRA National Restaurant Association 90 Days required.
• CRT-ServSafe Manager - NRA National Restaurant Association 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of high quality products following standardized recipes and address variances.
• Prioritize and direct activities of staff; prepare schedules and coordinate with leadership.
• Promote teamwork, address concerns, and mediate disputes with management support.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and enforce hospital policies.
• Ensure work area and staff are compliant with hospital standards and inspection readiness.
