Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Dietary Services Supervisor for a full-time role in Roswell, NM. You will plan, direct, and supervise the dietary department to deliver nutritionally appropriate meals and adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating with the registered dietitian, monitoring food quality and safety, and ensuring resident satisfaction through individualized nutrition care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Trained as CDM/CFPP or DTR or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years’ long-term care supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily operations of the dietary department.
• Provide leadership to ensure food quality and safety standards meet resident needs.
• Coordinate with the Registered Dietitian and Administrator on nutrition care and documentation.
• Manage purchase planning, inventory, and budgeting for food, supplies, and equipment.
• Communicate with teams and residents to support individualized nutrition care.
