Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions cold foods and beverages for patients and staff.
• Operates the dish machine and maintains sanitation after use.
• Sets up cafeteria serving areas and salad bars with required foods and beverages.
• Transports and disposes of waste to the compactor from patient areas and the cafeteria.
• Follows production sheets and records changes in amounts prepared.
