Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English and have basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food for designated areas.
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food safely per HACCP procedures.
• Sanitizes equipment and work areas per schedule.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils.
• Serves customers in cafeterias and patient dining rooms.
• Adapts service to developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
