JustFoodForDogs in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Part-time Nutrition Sales Consultant. You will engage customers and their dogs in-store, recommending meals, treats, and supplements, and apply pet nutrition knowledge to influence customers toward JFFD products.

The role requires the ability to build relationships, meet sales quotas, and follow POS procedures while maintaining merchandising standards. Prior retail experience is a plus; weekend availability is helpful.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to explain product benefits and close sales.
• Comfort learning pet nutrition details and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers and their dogs in-store and make personalized recommendations for meals, treats, supplements and other JFFD products.
• Learn and apply pet nutrition knowledge and JFFD product knowledge to influence pet parents to feed JFFD.
• Establish and maintain Customer Relationships; provide quality follow-up and ongoing support for customers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, housekeeping, inventory management and point of sale policies.
• Follow JFFD policies and procedures, including those for safety, security, POS, etc.
• Meet personal sales quotas, and communicate insights/ideas to General Manager to help Kitchen achieve its target.
